I do believe I’ve hit on the winning combination. If you’ve been following me for any length of time then you will know that I have no patience in following any poncy fancy diets.

THEY’RE FOR WIMPS. Okay there I said it! If you’re a fan of dieting then sorry, you’re in the wrong place. The best thing you can do for yourself is check out the best dieting blogs. You won’t find any ‘valuable’ dieting content here.
So, how exactly am I going to get my six pack abs in six months I hear you think?
In fact, perhaps we should get rid of the ’6 months’ part as I’m sure I’ve already passed that point. I can however GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL HAPPEN BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR! If I don’t, then I’ll give up alcohol for 2014 (and I do like my regular tipple).
Although I’m not a big fan of dieting, I am a fan of eating sensibly. What this means is that although I won’t be counting calories and planning meals and doing all of that stuff dieters do, I will be making sure I eat reasonable portions, get some fruit & veg andwon’t go to town with fast food.
The key to getting my six pack abs will be EXERCISE! Specifically Mehdi’s 5×5 Stronglifts program on which I’m at week 7.
I know I started off promoting Steve & Becky Holmans F4X System which DOES WORK, however I found results were accelerated with Mehdi’s 5×5 program. The best part is that although Steve & Becky’s F4X system is a paid product, Mehdi’s 5×5 system is free.
I was hoping to post progress on a regular basis but with work, the boys and study time has been a really scarce commodity. You can see most most recent clip below …
